You will find tools in this Section to enable you to complete Contracts of Employment for your School. Each Contract contains two key documents – the Contract of Employment and the Schedule. You will need to insert information into the Contract of Employment but the Schedule is a standard document which just needs to be printed off.
On this page you can see tabs for Community, Foundation, Church of England and Catholic Schools.
Under the Community, Foundation and Church of England tabs, you will see tabs for Teaching and Non-Teaching. After clicking on the Teaching or Non-Teaching tab under the relevant School, you will find under each one a covering Offer Letter, Contract of Employment template plus training notes, a Schedule template, a Schools Contract Calculator plus training notes and a list of Fixed Term Reasons.
The Teaching tab also contains a selection of Additional Sheets for Advanced Skills Teachers, Instructors / Unqualified Teachers, Head Teachers, Excellent Teachers, Deputy & Assistant Head Teachers and Newly Qualified Teachers. If you are preparing a Contract for one of these categories of staff, please print off the relevant Additional Sheet and include it with the Contract.
Only Contracts of Employment produced by the Catholic Education Service (CES) can be used for Catholic Schools. The CES has recently updated their Contracts.
