Only Contracts of Employment produced by the Catholic Education Service (CES) can be used for Catholic Schools. The CES has recently updated their Contracts.

The Contracts are now in Word format and include fields for you to enter information.

You will see there are still 4 separate contracts for Teaching Assistant (Levels 1-4). We recommend that you look at your Job Description and Person Specification and use the Contract that is most appropriate.

However, if you are finding these Contracts very problematic to use, you may wish to use the Contracts on the Portal for Foundation Schools, although these obviously do not contain any reference to the Catholic faith.
